How does the process (make-to-order) work?
We do not pre-print or engrave our products ahead of time. Products are “make-to-order” which means we keep a limited inventory of materials and print them as orders are placed. This gives us oversight to ensure each item meets our quality standards. The current anticipated lead time is between 5 days to manufacture, inspect, and ship.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are available online through our website which is powered by Shopify. For the short term, we will keep our Etsy page but may discontinue it by end of 2025. Our pop-up schedule has been posted and we will provide updates as they become available.
What is your return/refund policy?
There are no returns or refunds. These are custom and made-to-order. Please make sure you want to purchase it prior to placing your order.
What happens if my purchase is damaged?
We take pride in our products and services and carefully inspect and package each order. There will be some burn damage due to the nature of our laser engraving process. If you suspect damage, please provide a brief description, take pictures, and info@remixeddesigns.art within 1-2 business days.
