One Piece - Nami - Tactical Background

One Piece is a long-running Japanese manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda. It follows Luffy and his crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, as they sail across vast oceans, mysterious islands, and powerful governments in search of the legendary treasure known as the One Piece. The tactical background pattern was inspired by the scouter head gear piece that the Saiyans used to gauge power levels in the anime series Dragon Ball Z.
