The World of Pokémon is a fan-friendly reference map that organizes the major Pokémon regions by their real-world inspirations and their place within the broader Pokémon universe. At its center, it depicts the interconnected Japanese regions—Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh—based on Japan's geography, while noting that Hisui represents Sinnoh's ancient past as seen in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Surrounding the main map are other major regions from the core series, including Unova (New York), Kalos (France), Galar (Great Britain), Paldea (the Iberian Peninsula), and Alola (Hawai‘i). Additional regions from spin-off games and related media—such as Orre, Fiore, Almia, and Pasio—are also highlighted.
